This villa has been designed in consideration of the more discerning home owner, reflecting the intrinsic multicultural history of the Costa del Sol. The project design incorporates elements of Andalucia, with an emphasis on the region’s Moorish history. This provides for a home that not only reflects the cultural beauty of the region, but also stands apart from the current trend toward the "Modern Design Villa".
With a total built up area of 87...6.40 m2, the property will provide for a grand entrance gate and driveway leading up to a magnificent Moorish front door, and double height entrance hall. The project will include spacious dining and living rooms. As well as 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 3 toilets, split across three stories including an independent guest accommodation located at the garden/basement level. The garden level guest house will also include independent staff quarters with an en suite bathroom (incl. of 7 bedrooms). Accessibility across the three stories is provided by staircase, as well as a lift prepared in the bygone style of the classic Hollywood movie. The project will also include a library/study, cinema room, and a gymnasium. As well as indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, sauna and solarium which will be located in a purpose built spa, with a glass wall looking into the underwater section of the infinity swimming pool. We have also integrated a waterfall at the end of the swimming pool which will form the outer wall of the spa, and cascade into a lake at the lower level of the plot.
The project includes a very unique landscaping concept which compliments the natural beauty of the surrounding valley, and will include an underground pipe network supplying gas to various flaming torches located on the different levels of the plot. In order to meet the security requirements for your favourite luxury cars there will also be an underground basement car park for two full size cars (such as Roll Royce Phantoms), in addition to the two semi covered car park at the level of the driveway.
